The system prepares, extracts and flags. The judgement, the decision and the responsibility stay with the acting attorney — so that the hours lost to mechanical reading go to the work that genuinely needs a lawyer.
Privileged material belongs inside the firm and inside the country.
A client file has no place in a public AI service. AI Szerződéselemző was built as private AI: it runs on private EU hardware with no external AI API — or entirely on the firm’s own server.
A tool for Hungarian legal work has to speak Hungarian.
A Hungarian contract lives in Hungarian, inside Hungarian law, and the tool has to understand both. That is exactly what a foreign vendor will not build for a market it treats as one small country among many.
