Editions
AI contract review editions for law firms
One product, two deployment paths. The same six-step workflow and the same playbook-based risk flagging — the firm decides whether it runs on ATAILA’s EU infrastructure or entirely on its own server.
The two editions
Same product — the difference is where the files run.
Neither edition uses an external AI API. The choice is not about features; it is about the operating model.
Hosted, fully operated
On ATAILA’s EU infrastructure
AI Szerződéselemző runs on ATAILA’s own EU infrastructure. Running it, updating it and watching it is our job — the firm buys no hardware and takes on no sysadmin load.
- Fully operated: running, updates and monitoring are ATAILA’s responsibility.
- Monthly subscription, with no hardware investment.
- Start immediately — no procurement or installation lead time.
- Data stays in the country, on EU hardware.
- Private AI: no external AI API, so the file never reaches a third-party model.
Best for: A firm that wants to start quickly at a predictable monthly fee, without operating a server.
Own hardware
On the firm’s own server
The whole system — the AI models included — runs on the firm’s own server, on the firm’s premises. Privileged material never physically leaves the building.
- The models run locally too: no outbound AI call of any kind.
- Client files stay inside the boundary of the firm’s own network.
- Access control and backups follow the firm’s own policy.
- The same interface and the same workflow as the hosted edition.
- Installation, tuning and support come from ATAILA.
Best for: A firm whose starting point is the strictest confidentiality requirement — or one that has undertaken to a client that files stay off external infrastructure.

How to decide
Which one should you choose?
Your circumstances decide, not the technology — the product does the same thing either way.
Choose the hosted edition if…
- you want to start quickly, without an investment;
- the firm has no server room or sysadmin capacity;
- you want a predictable monthly cost and no operational work.
Choose the own-hardware edition if…
- the physical location of the files is a fixed requirement, internally or towards a client;
- the firm has — or will have — a suitable server on site;
- you consider your own infrastructure the better long-term answer.
You do not have to decide now.
The pilot shows the same workflow in either edition, on the firm’s own contracts. You can settle the operating model once you have seen what the system produces.
What the pilot covers →Shared foundation
What the two editions have in common.
The same six-step workflow, the same playbook model and the same expanding set of modules — wherever the system runs.
Upload
A Hungarian-language contract as PDF or DOCX.
Clause extraction
Parties, obligations, term, liability, termination, GDPR clauses.
Risk flagging
Measured against the firm’s own playbook, including missing protective clauses.
Drafting suggestions
Redline and standard clauses in the firm’s own voice.
Cited Q&A
Ask the document a question; the answer cites the clause it came from.
The lawyer finalises
Review and responsibility remain with the acting attorney.
The same playbook model
Both editions measure the contract against the firm’s own standard positions: they flag the deviation and the missing protective clause, and phrase suggestions in the firm’s own voice. The playbook belongs to the firm — the edition does not touch it.
The workflow in detail →The same expanding modules
Contract review is the first module. The same private AI platform carries the next ones, in both editions:
- GDPR and EU AI Act compliance assistant
- Document and template generation
- Due-diligence support
- Legal Q&A on Hungarian law
- Client intake
